• Hand positions to treat yourself, as well as, family and friends (the latter is optional)

• What the benefits are from practicing Reiki

• Understanding of things that can weaken our energy field

• Deeper connection to yourself and therefore to others

• Reiki and other uses for it

• Meditation

• Hands on practice

Do I have to or need to complete Level 2 and or Level 3 Reiki Courses?

No - it is totally up to you with what your intention is for learning Reiki.

Level One Reiki is an introduction to the life force energy, awakening the healer within and learning the capabilities we have to utilise this profound energy healing into our daily lives for ourselves and for others. 

After completing this course you will be qualified to treat individuals (if you wish to do so), using the skills and knowledge you gained from Level One Reiki Healing.

However, if you wish to deepen your connection and become a Practitioner across all 3 levels, then a course recommendation will be provided at the completion of this course.
